A: Yes, we offer free U.S domestic shipping on all orders over $100. Please note that in order to qualify for the free shipping promotion, your order must subtotal over $100 before taxes and shipping. Shipping cost will vary based on weight and shipping zone/destination for orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold.

A: We utilize USPS for all domestic shipping. All packages are shipped using priority shipping, and tracking information will be provided when available.

A: In the unlikely event that you notice a discrepancy, damaged, defective, or missing product(s) in your order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at purplephoenixnailsupply@gmail.com. Please include your invoice order number along with pictures of the problematic area/item(s) and invoice paper via email attachment. Our customer support department will address and rectify the matter as quickly and efficiently as possible. If your concern has been approved, we will send out a replacement for the damaged/defective product.

A: Cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours once the order has been placed. After 24 hours, a 15% cancellation/restock fee will apply.
